Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Payment Terms
- All Web/App development projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or go-live.
- Marketing plans require upfront payment. 1-Month plans require full payment before the start date. 3-Month plans require full upfront OR 50% now and 50% before Month 2. Annual plans require full upfront or quarterly splits.
- AMC plans (IT Maintenance) are billed 100% annually in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, UPI, and Cheque (subject to clearance).
- GST @ 18% applies to all amounts. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued within 2 business days of payment receipt.
- Google Ads spend is a separate client-side budget and is not included in our package pricing.
2. Scope of Work & Deliverables
- Deliverables are strictly as listed in the approved scope document or selected plan. Out-of-scope work will be billed at add-on rates (₹800–₹1,500/hr).
- Websites include up to 2 design revision rounds. Mobile apps include up to 3 UI revision rounds.
- The client must provide access credentials, brand assets, content, and approvals promptly. Delays caused by the client do not entitle them to an extension of service timelines.
- SEO and organic results are timeline-based. We do not guarantee specific rankings within a fixed time period.
- All change requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- All deliverables, including source code and design assets, become the property of the client only upon full payment.
- PlaceHi retains the right to showcase anonymised results and project details as part of our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information, pricing structures, and marketing strategies.
- Client login credentials are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.
4. Liability & Support
- PlaceHi is not liable for ranking drops caused by third-party algorithm updates, client-side code changes, or external hosting issues.
- The client is responsible for ensuring their website content complies with all applicable laws and Google's guidelines.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the current active billing period.
- PlaceHi is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages under any circumstances.
- Standard support response time is within 24 business hours via email. Enterprise/Dominate plans include priority WhatsApp support with a 4-hour SLA.
- Business hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
5. Renewal & Cancellation
- Marketing and AMC packages auto-renew unless a written cancellation request is received at least 15 days before the renewal date.
- 1-Month plans are not eligible for refunds on mid-cycle cancellations.
- For 3-Month and Annual plans, pro-rata credits are issued at management discretion. Exiting an annual plan after Month 3 incurs a 20% early-exit fee.
- PlaceHi reserves the right to terminate services with a 7-day notice in cases of non-payment or client misconduct.
